It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The small nest in the attic (4th floor, without an elevator with a partially narrow steep staircase) in Kempten old town you have all to yourself. Start the day on the roof terrace. You can easily walk to a variety of good restaurants, the pedestrian zone and thus all kinds of shopping. Car parking space right by the house. Kempten is located in the heart of the Allgäu. From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

A beautiful construction trailer, which we have completely built from the frame, cozy and with attention to detail, ideal for 1 to 2 people. The construction trailer is equipped with a complete kitchen including hot water and a fridge and is heated with a wood-burning stove. Next to it is the toilet and the outdoor shower to be heated with wood in the open air.
