The Appalachian Outlaw Hideout is located conveniently between the Warrior and Pinnacle trail systems. This peaceful reservation is very family friendly and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is offered in the driveway and across the street. The house is newly remodeled and located very close to restaurants and stores for your convenience. If you need a SXS rental you can contact our friends at Adventure Rentals. They are less than a mile from the property so it is very convenient!

Stylish, centrally-located, second story apartment. Conveniently located downtown, you’re within walking distance to Main Street restaurants, shops and art gallery. Not to mention The Well Coffee Shop located just downstairs. Featuring one queen size bed, a full sized futon, a full size couch & a fold out twin size bed in the living room, a washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to stay in and cook. During your stay you will be located in a private area with a small creek behind the property bringing peace and tranquility. In this space there are outdoor areas for you and your friends or family to enjoy such as a fire pit, grill, outdoor patio and dining space. Inside you will find a calm and inviting space well stocked with anything you may need during your stay!

Warrior Trail Lodging, LLC The Caretta Cottage

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!
