We stayed there as a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place for the chill sleepover we were looking for. It was very clean and comfortable. The tv and couch were perfect and the kitchen very useful

I did not know there were tenant stain below us until we checked in. There is a Airbnb in the basement that they don’t disclose until you have made it onto the property. The people below us were very loud. This is a very old house. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!! is heard through the vents. If you don’t mind a little noise, it was an absolutely delight to be there!!

We often travel to Greeley, and Beth's place is exactly what we were looking for. The description of her listing accurately reflects the home, which is located in a nice area and is very convenient for our visits, making commuting easy. As long as her listing is available, we will continue to stay there.

Nice quiet location, easy to find, clean and comfortable. As shown in pictures. Host and cohost both responsive and helpful. Everything you need is within a mile or so of the house. Small peaceful town, but very convenient to Ft Collins, and just over 1 hr from Denver airport. Was perfect for us.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! We were staying as two couples & the private bathrooms connected to each bedroom was wonderful & there is a half bath on the first floor!! The full kitchen was awesome, we could easily cook meals & prepare coffee in the morning! Unbelievably clean & comfortable! Easy access to the garage & direct access to the Condo from the attached garage! The Condo had everything you could need!! Everything was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!

I spent about two weeks here with my family, who were visiting me from India for the first time, and the experience truly exceeded all our expectations. She had everything set up perfectly for our arrival, and the home was stocked with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Great place for work travel, all the amenities of being at home, plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, etc. made it easy to be away from home for two weeks.

Our stay was perfect! Loved "Brick & Balcony" and we were only 3 minutes from our daughter's house at UNC. Just as pictured online and easy access to parking/building. We loved having Margie's right below for a quick tea! Will definitely be back!

Lovely, quiet, and super clean which I loved. It’s in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Amy’s communication was exceptional which we really appreciated. We chose this place for the close proximity to our kid’s place and it was bonus to have access to a community pool with a children’s pool. It was just their size and our grandkids loved it! The bed has a pretty firm mattress which was a little too firm for us, but everything else was exceptional.

The basement studio was perfect accomodations. Cosy, comfortable bed. Fresh, clean space and the bathroom aesthetic. I met Joe upon check-in he was very friendly and communicative from booking to check-out. Joe offers instructions, snacks, and some personal care items (soap, shampoo) which makes the home very welcoming. Easy and Free street parking. The area is convenient to get around and shopping center with Grocery Store and restaurants close by if you'd like to go for a stroll. I would stay again!

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

This apartment was amazing. I was on a work trip and this provided me a feeling of home. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had a great feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and easy to get around. The area was quiet and easy parking.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.
