Clean and spacious room. Host was very accommodating with flexible check in time. Other rooms in the house are rentable so the common spaces are similar to a hostel.

I booked the lakehouse for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect and relaxing celebration which was what we needed. The lakehouse was so beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, cozy and so relaxing. We just felt right at home. The instant we walked in and saw the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room we felt so relaxed right away. The home had everything you needed and was great place to unwind and relax. It was so clean, pristine and had all the necessities you needed. The home was decorated nicely showing their travels which we loved. The beds were so cozy, nice and comfortable, it felt like it hugged you. They had an office room that had a bed which was perfect for me to work from. We loved the lakehouse so much that we were sad to leave. But we will definitely be back. Haley was great, no wonder she is a superhost. She was so accommodating, responsive and so friendly. Thank you Haley for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful space. It was peaceful and quiet. We love to cook and the kitchen was inviting, large and had all the basics we needed. With a market in walking distance, we had all we needed. Fresh eggs two of the three mornings, was an added bonus! The house truely felt like a home away from home.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue’s place! She was incredibly responsive and attentive, clearly committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. The home itself is perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up—and the location couldn’t be better. Honestly, there’s nothing we’d change. We had a great time and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

My family of four enjoyed our stay. There was enough space for two adults and two teenagers. The place was very clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. The host was very responsive. As others have said, there are a lot of stairs so I would not recommend this place for someone who isn't able to do steep stairs. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is about a 10 minute walk to the Magoun Square T. I would definitely recommend this place.

Steve and Nancy were wonderful, gracious hosts. They allowed us to check-in early, gave great information about the area, and were awesome communicators from the time we booked until we checked out. The apartment was perfect for my nephew and me. It was a restful place to return after long days of sightseeing and lots of walking!

From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

We enjoyed our stay!!! The place was great and my son commented on how comfortable the beds were . The street is a little noisy but they provided sound machines that helped drown it out .20 min drive to Salem and 30-45min drive to Boston depending on traffic . Lots of restaurants and coffee nearby .

Beautiful home with a serene captivating back yard that will transport you to a best vacation possible. The home is big, well furnished and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is amazing and the living room is so bright overlooking the backyard. The hosts Frank & Mary are wonderful and available & responsive to help with anything you need, anytime. They really made our stay super comfortable. I am going to miss waking upto sounds of birds and nature. Thank you Mary and Frank for hosting me in your beautiful home. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for what we needed for our stay in the Boston area. We really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the beach.

As described. This is an apartment that is in a house. We did hear others from time to time but it was not bothersome. Clean and worked well for us. Thank you.

The house is well-set up to accommodate guests. The neighborhood is safe, residential and with free-lines streets. Near Arnold Arboretum it is a beautiful area. The bathroom and bedroom are really clean and clutter-free which was so refreshing to experience! Anna is incredibly responsive and even when I needed assistance in the early morning hours she was available. And when I returned home late one evening on an unseasonably hot day she offered to turn on he air conditioning and then proceeded to install a window unit in the room in less than 19 minutes. She made great coffee in the morning and provided many suggestions for transport and getting around generally; and she walked me to the nearby bus stop on my first morning in the house. The house is large enough to house multiple guests simultaneously but I hardly overlapped with them. I’m very appreciative for the pleasant experience.

Our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and peaceful and within driving distance of the city. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and could easily any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying there again.
