Literally a few minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. Note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage.

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway.
