There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards) The private backyard and fire pit are only for the use of the first floor family.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Captains Room W/ Full Kitchen

Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private with its own full bathroom and full kitchen that's located in the room. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/heat. Comfy Queen size bed with Full sized fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, blow dryer, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)
