we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Serenity By the Sea! The house was so clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our family Memorial Day weekend getaway! We would love to rent your home again someday! We had a lot of fun with our grandchildren. Karen and John

Wonderful hideaway minutes from anywhere on Maine coast. Very-well equipped for cooking at home and relaxing outside in the sun. We used both the grill and the kitchen. Plenty of bed space and living area for 4 adults. Great spot for our doggie as well, with multiple nearby areas to explore. Blair was a great host with a charming little spot in Kennebunkport. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jason and his place! Jason was an excellent communicator and made us feel at home. His place was also very homey and peaceful being in the woods. Very close access to pretty hiking trails and even drove down to the beach in York Maine for the day. Would definitely recommend!

Jason as a host was responsive to our questions, and offered dining and activity advice. When we arrived, the house was so welcoming, cute, and comfortable. We parked in front of the house, the minivan was too large for the garage. The house smelled fresh and was clean. There are ocean views and peeks in almost every window. The beach is a short walk away, the host provides beach towels, chairs and a wagon to tow it with. The neighborhood was quiet and at night we heard the ocean waves crashing on the beach. The rooms were prettily decorated and the beds were comfortable. We all slept really well. Knowing there was only one shower between the 5 of us, we coordinated our use of the bathroom. However, there is a toilet on the first level and being able to do laundry was indispensable. When we visit Maine again next year, I can totally see us booking this adorable beach cottage with Jason again.

Chuck as we know him , was very helpful when we arrived took us in and showed us his beautiful home. This place is definitely a cut above as airbnb go. This home is artfully decorated and clean Chuck has a thing going for anyone wanting to visit Kennebunkport. I for one would love to visit again someday.

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Gorgeous house, peaceful area, a great back deck with pool and hot tub! Jey was a great host, very helpful and quick response time. The house was very clean and put together. I would totally recommend staying at jeys house!!

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, and great amenities. Our kids loved the heated pool , hot tub, board games, and the easy walk to the beach. The location is also great and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Stephanie was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay! A week was not long enough! Very open layout with lots of space. We loved having a washer and dryer! It was a pleasure to talk to Tom! Really a person you could talk to hours for! We left feeling like family, and couldn’t recommend the place more! If you’re looking to visit Maine or even the big city of Portland, I would recommend you look here. Being out in the country sheds a different light on all that Maine has to offer!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is gorgeous, light and airy, and so comfortable for our group! You can't beat the location across from the beach and quiet street for walking. The pool and hot tub were also so nice. We would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend with a pet. Host was super responsive and friendly! Ample parking. The clean and well stocked kitchenette came in handy. With the location right off route 1, it was difficult to go for a walk from the hotel, but the hotel grounds are large enough and there was a little fenced in dog area that helped!

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

This house definitely measured up to the ratings for us. The pictures were accurate and the amenities as described. The large lot and surrounding trees give a bit of privacy and space. We really liked the large patio around the fire pit and had several fires on the cool nights we were there. The hot tub was also refreshing after our long days running around. I would say it has the feel of a resort while also having the comforts of home. The beach is just a short drive away although we didn't make it there. I am already thinking of coming back.

Very clean home with beautiful and thoughtful design. The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood--definitely what I was looking for. It also offers a great location--close to everything, including beaches. Meredith is very friendly and came over immediately when I needed help with something. My dog and I would love to meet Luna next time. She seems so chill! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place is perfect getaway for a couple. Looks exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area easily. Peter was very communicative and responsive and was a great host. We'd stay there again!

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks with our dog and loved it. The neighborhood is gorgeous, walkable, and has the perfect beach for pup play. Owners are on-site, friendly, and quick to respond. The carriage house was very clean and as beautiful as pictured. We would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed being able to walk in to downtown Kennebunk and also driving to Kennebunkport and the beach too! Both have quaint shops and good restaurants. James’ support team helped us out with one issue. The kitchen had ample space for cooking, and basic utensils, pans and dinnerware. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring olive oil, spices and condiments. Coffee & tea bags were available. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable and there was room for hanging clothes. We had an enjoyable stay.

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this is definitely one of the best! The unit has a large, full kitchen open to the living room, a comfortable bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and an outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The entire unit was pristine and decorated with quality furniture. A private entrance on a very beautiful property just seven minutes from Kennebunkport. The hosts were proactive in all communications and incredibly kind. I hope to come back!
