This accommodation is a delight, ideal for a stay as a couple. Very accessible because slightly outside the city center of Roncq, it is very quiet (no noise) and the Cerisaie tram stop in Tourcoing is 15 minutes by car for those who want to go to Lille without testing the traffic jams and paid parking. Impeccably clean, the accommodation has all the necessary amenities for 2 people, and even a small terrace in the garden that the weather did not allow us to use. We particularly appreciated the comfort of the bedding, the large bath towels that smelled good like at home, the general layout, both simple and tasteful and the sense of detail. And what about the little arrival gifts that we were treated to! A big thank you to Véronique, a hostess who is both attentive and discreet. As you can see, we are won over and will return without hesitation for a future stay in the north.

We were extremely satisfied with the stay with Steven and Evelien. The house is new, modern and very clean and is in a quiet location. You can relax very well in the garden or play something if necessary. (Wide selection of various games and balls) The kitchen is very clean and had everything you need for cooking. The bathroom was very clean and it is very convenient that the bathroom and toilet are separated. Everything was perfect and there is ample space for 6 people. The arrangement with Steven and Evelien went smoothly from start to finish. They were always easy to reach and super nice. We were more than satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

Clemence's place is amazing. She was an extremely friendly and attentive hostess and nothing was too much trouble for her. The building itself is truly magnificent and you get a real taste of luxury staying there. The styling of the interior and original features of the property are fantastic. It was a shame we only had one night there and will definitely look to be back in the future!

A beautifully decorated room. It is located close to the train station. There are shops in a street nearby. The neighbourhood is safe. I stayed here for a night.
