Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our modern two-room apartment offers a small bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and two sunny terraces. The apartment has its own access via the garden. Parking is possible on the barely traveled street. Due to the rural location, a car is recommended. Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, the mountains in 50 minutes drive.
