Holiday rentals with beach access in West Ashley, Charleston

Daphne's place was perfect for what I needed at the last moment. It was clean and she responded very quickly to my questions. Thank you!

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Loved the large screened in porch. It was nice having a tall fence surrounding the house-gave a very private feeling. I’m a big cooker on vacations and I’m usually disappointed in the kitchens but their kitchen had it all. Cozy couch & recliner. Super comfy king bed and extra blankets.

My sister, our friend and I stayed at Jills air bnb for four days! Our stay was everything we wanted and more! First, Jills responsiveness and flexibility was 10/10! We had an early flight into Charleston and a late flight out. Jill was flexible and responsive when we inquired about an early/late check in/out. Second, the air bnb was adorable! We had our own private entrance and the bathroom was a perfect space to get ready in with your friends! There was plenty of space in the air bnb but we did not feel overwhelmed! Third, Jill herself was a kind and personable host! We also had the pleasure of meeting her son, who was just as kind! Jill and her family were very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for local activities. We would stay with Jill again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our second visit to Alex and Karen’s place. It was just as pleasant and enjoyable as we remembered it from the previous year. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience for our five-night stay. We found the kitchenette fine for fruit & cereal breakfasts, heating leftovers, and for snacks -- including more of the delicious banana nut bread provided! Alex and Karen are very gracious and accommodating, and their recommendations for restaurants and outings (as well as fascinating local history insights) were quite helpful on this visit. We enjoyed our opportunities to chat with them and to visit with their sweet golden retrievers, Telle and Skye. We would be happy to stay at their Charming Suite again.

Amazing bnb just steps to the beach. We went to burts, a 24 hour market before the beach and stocked up on snacks and drinks and walked straight into the beach every day. It was 20 mins from downtown Charleston where we were able to do several tours and museums during the day, And then come back to the bnb and relax at the beach or many restaurants in walking distance to the bnb. Entering the apartment was super easy and the check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We had an awesome stay and hope we find ourselves in folly beach again soon.

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

Very clean home! Easy walking distance to the beach and host was very responsive to the couple of things we needed during our stay.

This house was perfect for our family and our dogs. It was super clean and had everything we needed and more! The park within walking distance was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

Traci was a fantastic host! We had an issue with the AC on the first night and once I texted Traci about it, she worked tirelessly the next day to reach out to local AC people, find someone to come over to the house as soon as possible, and fix the problem immediately. She was sweet and so helpful in what could’ve been a very frustrating and unpleasant situation, and she handled everything without hesitation. I would recommend Traci’s property, or any other property owned by Traci- she was so wonderful to us, and definitely treated her guests like family. Thank you for all your kindness, Traci! It was truly a great experience 😊

Great place! We loved how close it was to town. We walked every where. The house was perfect for us and our toddler. The best thing is the lost dog cafe next door. We are there for breakfast every day.

Wonderful stay! Place was clean and very spacious. Lots of things provided (including beach towels!). The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Location is almost right between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston with plenty of stores and food very close by. Couldn’t have asked for more.

It was my family’s first time to South Carolina, and Charleston was amazing. The host was great to work with and very responsive. Everything was as listed on here and Lauren was very helpful with any questions we had. Charleston was beautiful and rich with history and fun. Our favorite restaurants had to be Shems creek crab shack and Salt Water Cowboys. The carriage rides with old south carriage co. were great and the Carolina Belle harbor tour was beautiful and informative. The beach isn’t far away at all and are very quiet compared to others we have been to. I highly recommend booking your stay with Lauren and checking out this amazing city.

This place was the perfect location ! 5 min walk to Shem creek and a 10 min Uber drive to the city and Sullivans island ! Lori is really sweet and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Chandler was very helpful when we had something come up the day of our check-in. He was super helpful, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated, and super clean. His check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the welcome book inside the unit answered any questions we had during the stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened porch. Peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!
