Norbert was super responsive and accommodating. He went the extra mile to help. The place was easy to find and the instructions Norbert provided made check in stress free. The apartment itself was clean, well presented and stocked with all of the essentials - including a welcome hamper (a lovely touch). There were lots of shops, food places and transport links right in the doorstop which made exploring so easy. We had a great time at Norbert’s and would definitely stay again.

we had a lovely stay at Lisa's apartment. it was clean, had all amenities we needed and cozy. Lisa's hospitality exceeded our expectations, she even ordered a highchair for us to use in the apartment. can't thank her enough. definitely would recommend it to others.

We loved our time at Phil's apartment and our highlight was having a beer on the terrace after a day of exploring Kew Gardens 😁 It was as described, very comfortable and had everything you may need to cook a full meal. The bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We booked the apartment for it's proximity to Kew Gardens but it's well served by bus and the Elizabeth line into central London. Philip's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent and found him very friendly with an excellent sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again 😁

Probably one of my favorite air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Literally wish I could live here- perfect space and gorgeous lighting. Felt right at home and definitely will be back next time I’m in London xx highly recommend !

We had a lovely stay at Georgia Jane’s flat! With the unexpected hot weather having the AC/fan available really made our time there great! Georgia was very flexible with check in and check out times which helped tremendously with our schedule! Would highly recommend this place and will stay again in the future!

Our stay was pleasant n comfortable. The surroundings r very calm n peaceful. Dav was a responsive host n the flat is well maintained. It is well connected n at walkable distance both to the shopping centre n tube station.We wish her the best.

We thoroughly enjoyed The "Annexe". It was small but quaint and we couldn't be more pleased with it's cleanliness and attentiveness by the host. The bed was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very nice - just a different shower set up than we are used to, but still very nice. The surroundings of this area are just outstanding. We were able to walk to the Maidenhead train stop in about 23 minutes or so. From there, we accessed the GWR and were able to travel around London - The Tube can be very confusing so make sure you know your directions. We traveled North to Leyland on our trip. Jan provided recommendations of local pubs/restaurants and we were allowed to use her washer and dryer which was great as we had just finished a cruise. We chose this location because it isn't far from Heathrow. All in all this felt like a 4 Star+ Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Kelly's place. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail just as shown in the listing. It instantly felt like home the moment I arrived. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My stay at Shanita's private apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed by how incredibly neat and clean the entire place was – truly spotless! It made for such a comfortable and welcoming arrival. The location is also a huge plus. I found it incredibly accessible to the city center, with both bus and train options just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore. A special shout-out and massive thank you to Shanita for stocking up the kitchen with essentials, snacks, and drinking water. I arrived really late in the evening, and seeing those thoughtful provisions was such a relief and made a huge difference after a long journey. It's these small but significant details that truly elevate a stay. I highly recommend Shanita's apartment to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and wonderfully hospitable place to stay. I'd definitely book again!

We had a great experience staying at Javid’s place in London. The location was convenient, the space was clean and well-kept, and all the basic amenities were thoughtfully provided. Javid was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in smooth and stress-free though we reached late but he sent the extra keys through uber ,It was a comfortable base for exploring the city, and we’d definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Very comfortable studio, with all the ammenities. The neighbourhood is very pleasant and safe and the Underground station is just a few minutes away, with excellent connection to the cuty center. Varsha was also a very thoughtful host and she made me feel welcome and right at home. Thank you for everything Varsha!

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

Couldn’t fault anything, from the ease of getting in to the lovely crisp bedding and towels and sparkling clean flat. Justin and Lou always on hand if we needed anything which we didn’t as EVERYTHING we needed to know was written in the guide left in the flat. If we could give more than 5 stars we would and we’d tell anyone if they were thinking of staying not to hesitate and book it! 😍

We loved our stayed in Acton at Glenn’s place. Very easy to get to the Underground and fantastic local recommendations from Glenn for restaurants. We loved the local Thai place, chippy, and the Greek place right across the street. The space is bigger than I thought. Had a lovely stay here.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
