First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

Great place to stay! Mazzeo is a great host. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and featured a key pad lock to the front door and a second dead bolt lock inside, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The projector screen in the living room is perfect for movies, and Mazzeo does allow guest usage of his subscriptions! The apartment is in a nice suburb outside of center city Rochester with off street parking. Definitely recommend! :)

This simple bedroom was all I needed for a very brief stay near I-90 on my long drive. Suzy is very communicative and helpful with this last-minute booking. She let me store all of my cooler contents in her garage fridge. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and it’s a very quiet neighborhood.

Loved our stay and would stay here again. Brooke was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Apartment is very clean, was great for my husband who is very allergic to dogs and cats. Apartment is in the basement of the house, as shown in the photos, nice and quiet for sleeping. As it was just me with my hubby, we had a comfy king bed. Good location for visits to nearby Rochester.
