Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Ocean City

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so peaceful. We spent most of our time at the beach but when we came back to the tiny home, it was so quiet and relaxing. We went to the restaurant a couple of times for pre dinner drinks. The staff were welcoming, friendly and prepared amazing cocktails! We will definitely be back.

This is our fourth stay at the beach shack and as always, it was a true 5-star affair. Jennifer’s sense of design is impeccable—you will feel at home and in a constant state of chill staying here. Super serene with the bay just outside the sunroom, ultra quiet neighborhood and super comfortable furniture. Jennifer is the best communicator, reminding you pre trip, during trip and even post trip how much she values her role as a host, and YOU as her guest. Can’t wait to return this winter for a pre new years getaway, and another fun summer stay in 2026!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our older dog was going through chemo for cancer, and we made this trip for dog friendly spot. The lab loves water and the beach. It was nice having a fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. The house was well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s home! The house was spotless, beautifully modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The linen service was top-notch, and the towels were honestly the fluffiest we’ve ever felt! The location was quiet, safe, and surrounded by friendly neighbors—perfect for a peaceful break but still close to everything. We especially loved fishing right from the backyard and appreciated the thoughtful extras like the wagon and beach chairs, which made our beach days so much easier. Jason was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful escape!

Our stay at the wagon wheel was just perfect. We felt right at home, it was super clean. The beds were comfortable and there where extra pillows and blankets. We would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful stay at Snug Harbor. We very much enjoyed the home and the outdoor spaces. House was spotless and very comfortable. Host was responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The unit was spacious, clean and easy to access! Within walking distance to so much to do! And Eleni was super responsive and friendly! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

Mandy was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect. We would certainly stay there again if we find ourselves on another trip to Ocean City.

This place is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the beach. There are several cool places and restaurants within walking distance and the house was in pristine condition when we came. The place had everything we needed and more. Great cooking supplies and tools, utensils, bedding, towel, everything. Super easy to get anything done.

Loved staying at the Salty Shark! Such a perfect location right on the beach and our host was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Donna & Neal’s “sweet suite” was absolutely PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to every detail to make you feel relaxed, cozy & at home! Donna was great at communicating check-in details & any other info or suggestions we may need. We were able to meet Donna & Neal, they are the most kind & sweet people! The suite was VERY clean & free of any chemical cleaner smell like another review mentioned & I really appreciated that. We loved all the treats, fresh flowers & special touches just for us & to feel so welcomed in their lovely town of Frankford. The bed was super comfy, kitchen area had everything you would need, bathroom & shower was AMAZING! This was a last minute getaway for us so we feel so fortunate to have found such a beautiful place to stay! The only Airbnb in the area that met all our needs & wants! We will 100% return again & recommending the “sweetest suite” to all our family & friends! Truly believe this trip was meant to be & our paths were meant to cross w/Donna & Neal!

I did a quick overnight stay with my husband and toddler, the place suited just that plus some. We comfortably could’ve stayed longer and would consider it again in the future. The bedroom was large and the living room was plenty spacious for my toddler to play. The location was walkable and not too busy even for Memorial Day weekend. Mihaela was a great host and very responsive!

The ideal spot for a short getaway to downtown Berlin. There is literally not a more convenient location with better amenities than Michael’s spot. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is perfect and the angled building makes for an awesome view from the bedrooms into town. Super amazing spot especially when you compare the price to other local hotels and B&Bs!

I had a great stay at Serafima’s place. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit, and the setup was thoughtfully arranged. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, and plenty of local attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to navigate. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Absolutely perfect location. Loved the parking availability and private pool. We had a huge playground, beach, bay, boardwalk, Jolly Roger pier and plenty restaurants Walking distance.

I loved it here! It's literally an ocean front space. We enjoyed having the screen door open listening to the waves. I loved this place so much I'm literally telling everyone about it so they can stay there haha! The weather wasn't great to start when we went down but I 10000% would book again. We were steps away from the beach, we was able to still see our unit from the sand. I got lucky to find this place!

As soon as we walked through the door I felt the beachy vibes and instantly relaxed, this place is beautifully done, very clean, everything we needed for the beach is right there, didn’t want for anything!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! I would definitely stay there again!! Michelle is a wonderful host!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!
