Holiday rentals with a patio in West Pennant Hills

Deana and her husband are fantastic hosts, flexible and incredibly accommodating. The unit itself is modern and clean with a location that is extremely convenient to shops and public transport. This stay is my second at this location, and I'll no doubt return for a third!

Such a great location - this was a lovely little stay within walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars and cafes. A comfy and tidy apartment, it had everything we needed. Check in instructions were easy to follow and communication with the host was great - thanks so much.

I found Thomas as I was looking for a last min accomodation because my other Airbnb canceled on me right when I arrived but when I text Thomas he was super responsive and he actually helped me to get my accommodation for me and my family. I am greatly appreciated and thank you again for accommodating us ! We will back again:) definitely should check this place out 💗

Very responsive host and good value

The view from Alisa’s apartment is just amazing in the photos but even better in real life!! Our two night stay during Vivid made it all the more special. Watching the lights from the living room was just mesmerising. Lovely local restaurants and a 5 min walk to the train made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and comfortable and the hosts were great. Our 5yo really loved the Lego collection. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Linhua’s Airbnb during my wedding week. From the moment we booked, Linhua was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating—making sure every detail was taken care of for my family and me. The home was not only beautiful and well-equipped but also felt so warm and personal, like a true home away from home. It became such a special part of our wedding memories, and we genuinely felt emotional leaving. I can’t thank Linhua enough for her hospitality and thoughtfulness—this stay meant so much to us. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly warm, responsive, and thoughtful from the moment we booked. They even left us a lovely welcome gift, which was such a nice touch. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of cozy details that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to transportation, shops, and great local food. The bed was super comfortable, and everything we could possibly need was provided, from kitchen essentials to laundry supplies. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If we could give six stars, we would! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area — we’ll definitely be back!

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

Words cant describe the Pagoda Point house George built, Patrick and Liam (contact on the river) could not of been more helpful in explaining the house and many of its features. We sat around the fireplace all afternoon, then watched the sunset. The house is tucked away overlooking the river with no neighbours near you. It was 10 minutes to the Brooklyn bridge 15 minutes to Berowra Waters ferry. 5 minutes to Petes Bite restaurant. I have travelled around the world and I have never stayed in such a amazing house with the most amazing views.

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

My family spent 4 weeks at this property and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful area, with easy access to shops and highways. It met all our needs and was our little home away from home, we would definitely recommend!

loved the place, exactly as described and exactly what we needed for some rest and rejuvenation. Spent some quality time away with my son, we drove up from Melbourne and the secured underground carpark was wonderful for peace of mind. The train station is 5mins walk away, i enjoyed my walks to Ashfield aquatic centre for the gym, spa and sauna which was about 14mins easy walk. Comfortable bed and pillows and i enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Wonderful stay

Great location. The flat is very comfortable and clean with all you need for a short term stay. The building is quiet with two entries which is convenient.

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great place, location and host. Daniel property was exactly what he described, extremely close to stores so never had any hassle, in the centre of parramatta which allowed for easy access to almost every suburb. Extremely responsive host, constantly checked up if i required anything, rarely had to wait too long for a response. instruction to access the building and where parking and keys location was the most helpful thing, out of all the places i’ve ever stayed at, daniel’s instructions were undoubtedly the best. Definitely recommend, Definitely would rebook next trip.

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
