Perfect stay at Kate’s from start to finish. Kate was helpful, friendly and responsive and even ensured I had a DVD player to watch my training videos. Lovely private spot and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!

Thanks Mechele. what a great find. Boudica your cat met us at the glamping pod to greet us and came for a stroke often. We had everything we needed provided and the air con worked super well. There are lots of little touches and everything is clean and homely. The description and information provided is very helpful. We loved being here and we wish you all the best. We had a great night at Denise’s converted garage behind their house. The space was spotless, plenty of towels, really roomy and much better value than a Premier Inn at nearly twice the price. It’s well-located for the M1 and there are a couple of Coops within five mins for essentials.

Great place! We were in Wakefield for an event at the Hepworth and this was super convenient (within walking distance). Andrew was super responsive and met us when we arrived and when we were leaving.

A short break spent in a cosy property with a very warm welcome from the hosts. Excellent location and easy to find.

Stayed here on a work trip to Leeds. Very private, quiet and excellent value for money, Anderson and Sandra checked in regularly and made sure I had everything I needed. Very easy transport links to the center of town and conveniently located for supermarkets/ local restaurants etc. Lovely to wake up and look out the window to the garden every morning!

Absolutely amazing place to stay really went up and beyond before we even got there, absolutely spotless and couldn't say anything negative at all. Would 1000% recommend this place thank you

Had a lovely time at Daz's guest house. Very peaceful area. Excellent communication. Everything inside the property is conveniently labelled and there's a detailed folder so no need to ask questions. The guest house was also very clean. Bus transport to Leeds was good. No complaints.

Beautiful location and met our families needs for a trip to see relatives. Helpful hosts when we couldn't get one elderly member of our group up the outside steps to get in, lending us some breeze blocks to make the steps less steep, thank you.

Great cheap & cheerful place to stay for access to Elland Road stadium which is why we were there. Plenty of room and nice & clean.

Ideal location for our needs due to house move, everything at hand. Room comfortable and clean. Shared living/cooking/dini g area was adequate for our stay, although a little difficult to access at times due to other guest using the kitchen, sound ate out the whole time, thats not a negative as othrt guest during my stay, where easy to get along with. Only down side was, on leaving had issues with Airbnb regarding pricing. That said, kieron was on hand to sort the issue out.

Had a really excellent stay here. At this price point (I paid roughly £120 for three nights) it represents fantastic value. The place was clean and tidy, has all the features you need, and Zeesh is a helpful, responsive and friendly host. The place is right near a school entrance, so on a weekday there is a little bit of noise, but not early. Location was great as it was a 5 min walk from the tattoo parlour I was attending. There is also a Tesco extra a 5 min walk away, useful for grabbing essentials. I would absolutely recommend this, and would happily stay again.

We enjoyed it was ok for the price ! Easy to find with the keys in the box. We were surprised to see the window open in November . It was very very warm in the room and we slept with the window opened. Weird in November though . Worth the price!

If you are visiting Barnsley and want to stay in the town centre in a nice neighbourhood, very close to the train station, this is a great place to stay. It was perfect for our needs, close to shops but far enough away from shoppers. Close to bars and cafes, but away from the crowds. It is above a restaurant and next to a small bar, so there is some noise from the courtyard, so not suitable for those who love absolute quiet. It is also across from a school. Everything is in walking distance, from the football ground, Metrodome complex, shopping centre, markets, and Liddl (up the dodgy end of town) and slightly further for those like us who love walking is the Dearne Valley Park and Locke Park. Barnsley is known for it's pubs, with soooo many scattered around. Highly recommend staying here for Barnsley Live. Comfortable bed, access to a kitchen and shared bathroom plus extra toilet. I'd stay again for sure! Thanks for hosting us.

Such an amazing location! The accommodation was beautiful - couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a long weekend away, escaping from the hustle and bustle of London! The hosts were amazing; very polite and welcoming - they were very responsive when it came to answering any questions we had via the app but were also great people to speak to in-person! I would 100% recommend staying here, I will for sure be back one day 😁

Lovely place

Stayed here for one night for an event at the Piece Hall. Excellent location right next door and right by the train station. Easy check in with the bar staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. One of the beds was a bit worn and uncomfortable but overall OK for the short stay. Would stay again if attending another event.
