Great host. Had a miscommunication regarding a travel cot, Isaac dropped it down to the property within an hour. Flat is really convenient for access to Bournemouth beach and town centre, convenience stores nearby, lots of restaurant options, located next to a carpark.

A charming one-bedroom annexe nestled in the heart of Lilliput, perfectly located near local shops, restaurant’s, the beaches and Poole town centre. Anna thoughtfully provided everything you could need for your stay, including a delightful hamper filled with essentials and treats. Lovely location within 25 minute walk to the beach, but through beautiful gardens. Rooms were nice and clean and host instructions were helpful. It was a great location for a weekend trip to Bournemouth. Would definitely use again.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was large, immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds and bedding were super comfy. The courtyard garden was lovely but didn’t get much sun in the morning or evening (we were out during the day so can’t say about that). Everything you could need was provided. Would definitely return here.

The flat was as seen in pictures, and was a walkable distance to both beach and town, with a Co-op just a couple of minutes walk away for a quick shop. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with essentials, and the whole flat was very clean. A lovely weekend stay in Bournemouth!

Very clean and well kept. Minor things that would have made the stay perfect. Provided dishwasher tablets but not for the washing machine. Water pressure wasn't very strong but did get hot quickly so no issue there. Somebody kept parking in our designated space but nothing happened when it was reported. Happened over the last two days, just thankful we didn't get a fine for parking in a different spot.

Lovely little annex, perfect for a couple of nights away. Location is great - 15min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to a couple of good pubs. We benefitted from the owners being away but can imagine it could be a bit awkward if they were in and our dog was running around in the garden that you have to walk through to get to the annex. All in all though, nice base for a few days at the beach.

Pippa‘s apartment is very modern & stylish with a huge terrace just above the beach. Everything was sparking clean and you’ll find everything you need for your family holiday. It’s only a very short walk along the beach to local shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay there, even my Pomeranian Freya loved it. The place was a really nice flat, was near a little garden for her to walk around, plus the forest and the beach. Had nice locals shops and places to eat. I don’t think I could even fault the place, would I stay there again. Most definitely! The bed was comfortable and the host was friendly and easy to message to if you needed anything. As we needed a hairdryer as it rained and Freya needed drying. Was a really nice getaway for the both of us. 💖

Excellent airy apartment with thoughtful furnishings and little touches. Access is via outside iron staircase which was a challenge for my 86 year old mother but lovely place close to beaches

Lara’s lovely apartment was perfect for an overnight stay in Lymington. It’s conveniently located, well appointed and we really liked that both double bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom (one en suite). Being on the ground floor, it is quite overlooked, so we felt we had to have the blinds down more than we otherwise might, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy early in the morning, both from people moving about overhead and from the boiler firing up, but we would definitely stay here again.

Great base as we were in town for a cheerleading competition for our daughter. 2 well sized rooms with double beds lovely spacious lounge and a kitchen with everything you need. 5 min walk down to boscombe beach and pier with a few nice bars and restaurants local to us and a quick taxi to the BIC and main Bournemouth beach area. All clean, absolutely no issues. Thank you!

McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

Christine was a lovely host and answered all our questions quickly before and during our stay. The house felt just like home and was very clean and welcoming. Christine made sure we had everything we needed and even suggested areas we could visit. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation met with all our expectations and represents great value compared with the cost of staying in a hotel in the same area

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

The place was just like in the photos, great attention to details and very clean. We felt very comfortable. There are clear instructions for self check-in and the bonus is that Matt is really involved and caring about his guests.
