Great house, clean, organized, and very spacious layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Came to Sunny Oasis for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The house was so cute and newly renovated! Easy drives to both Clearwater and Tampa! Kyle and Mishelle were very responsive and catered to our every need! Could not recommend them and their house more!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time here, it had everything we needed for our family of 4! Comfortable beds, very clean when we arrived, and the host was very friendly and responded quickly. Had all of the amenities we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for our entire stay. We loved it here and enjoyed this place very much! Would recommend it to everyone who might need a place to stay! :)

Jacqueline’s home was peaceful and a wonderful place to stay for a month. Everything was well kept and the lanai was the best place to spend mornings and evenings. Could not have asked for a better airbnb in Tampa!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

I took my wife to Tampa for cancer treatment. The cleanliness and comfortability of the house made me so at ease while she was recovering and I was concerned about the house not reflecting the description or images. It exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely perfect for her recovery and I think it would be a great place to stay under any circumstance. I’m really grateful we stayed there and didn’t choose another day place as many are in the area. Super great hosts.

Ross was an excellent host. Very informative and easy to contact. The house was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the fact that they stocked the necessities with mostly premium products. Not watered down soap or shampoos, Kleenex tissues, etc. The game tables were a nice bonus to the house. I thought the pool was a bit newer in the photos but it was clean and we enjoyed it. I would come back again.

Sasha’s place was great to stay at and worth every penny! The rental is beautiful for walking into the door, to the set up and bathroom we loved. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with an open floor plan. TVs in each room, including the outside pool/kitchen area, beautiful kitchen. Highlights our family loved: private pool, nice lounge area, quiet community that was perfect for walking, close to amenities while being tucked away. Lissette was very responsive when we needed anything. And I loved the washer/dryer, which came in handy to keep up with pool towels.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and Nubia was a great host! Next time we visit Tampa we will be looking to see if this house is available again.

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay, very peaceful and private

This is our second time staying at Jessica’s place and we absolutely love it! Our dogs can’t get enough of the backyard and they have great amenities for infants and kids. She left us treats for the dogs and a gift for our baby girl. Literally the best Airbnb hands down - look no further and book it if it’s available! This place was an absolute wonderful location and had great accommodations for our entire family. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone and no one felt cramped. The boys all loved the pool. The boys loved watching the lizards and trying to catch them. The house was more than comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a family stay. It has a wonderful location that you can be anywhere from Tarpon Springs, Pasadena, Largo, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, or Tampa in a very short time. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Dean was the perfect host and the house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was so enjoyable for my family and friends and the couch was so comfy and the perfect place to wind down. The open kitchen made it easy to cook and talk to those in the living room so we never felt left out of the conversation. Would highly recommend staying.
