Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.
