Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

Our multi level apartment in Churchmans House is one of a kind. We sit right next door to Ipswich Town Football Club. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 min walk and it’s just a 2 min walk to Cardinal Park where there are Restaurants, a gym and Cinema. The Ipswich Waterfront is 5 min walk where you can find a Marina surrounded by Restaurants and Bars. And only a 10 min walk from the town Centre. The apartment with its high ceilings and giant windows is full of light and life!

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

A beautiful apartment in an idyllic setting. I stayed here for a week to escape some noisy home renovations. The setting is perfect with stunning views over the fields and countryside. I was looking for peace, quiet and relaxation and this place delivered on everything. Dean is a wonderful host and I’m looking forward to booking again in the future.

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Marina herself was really helpful and friendly. She set the annexe up with privacy and security for guests in mind, and with thoughtfulness and care. She provided me with several delicious extra goodies to eat as well as some really useful breakfast/snack items and a selection of quality teas/coffee and other drinks. She was only too pleased to provide helpful suggestions and discuss places to visit, which I took up with great success on my short stay, and offered lifts if needed. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. It is about 1.5 - 2 miles from the quay/waterside, near the orbital road north of the town. I look forward to returning in the future. Best wishes Marina.

The room was just what we needed as it was so close to Vauxhall Farm where our church were having a camp weekend away. So we could join in during the day but didn't need to rough it in any way!! At Nancy's we had such a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It was beautifully clean, and quiet. There was plenty of room to park too. It took us a bit of time to find it as our sat nav told us is was on the opposite side of the road!
