The apartment is located on the 6th floor /end floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

Apartment house Deckerstraße 19-21 is located in Alt-Westerland, the quiet part of the island metropolis. From here you can reach the baker Raffelhüschen in 300 m and 40 m further is EDEKA and the bus stop. Cross the road, then you come directly to the market square (Mi+Sat), tourist center and town hall as well as to the main shopping streets and to the beach.

Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

In the house is a sauna, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee. Furthermore, a total of 3 parking spaces and 3 beach chairs are available for all guests. (subject to availability!) Easy check-in (key box at the house) , * laundry packages can be added at 28.00 euros ( bed linen, shower towel, 2 k. towels, bath mat)

The public spaces of the house on the ground floor and the yoga room in the basement are at your disposal (unless occupied by groups).
