Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Western Australia

Blue Wren is a beautiful home in stunning and peaceful surroundings. Our group of 9 ladies had a fabulous weekend. The house is beyond spacious with plenty of room both inside and out for everyone to relax, either all together or in solitude! It was a cold weekend and we mostly managed to keep warm with the fire going however the house is extremely large and so it was quite chilly away from the living areas. Beds were extremely comfy with quality linen which is a must. It can be difficult to find a quality property that can accommodate a large number of people comfortably however this was perfect! Would love to come back in the Autumn and make use of the pool and beautiful outdoor space.

Amazing stay, had the best time and would definitely go back

I don’t quite have the words to describe how much we loved our stay at Eucalyptus house and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a little quiet getaway. The house was even more beautiful in person, with so many small touches that just made the trip. The indoor fireplace was my personal favourite as it kept me and 8 girls warm all week. Thanks so much Mark and Dale, we hope to come back again!

It was so minimalistic, but at the same time felt so luxury. Everything was complete. It was like you maximised the comfort for the available space. You even provided spike ball and the front yard was more than big enough to play on. The bathrooms were so nice and clean. The gates made us feel completely safe and secure. I’m surprised I paid less than $1k for a 3 night stay there. Definitely worth more.

Christy’s place is truly a dream to come back to after a long day exploring the Margaret River region. Well kept, quality finishings and amenities - we really couldn’t ask for more. It’s so peaceful to wake up to parrots chirping and the trees swaying in the early-winter breeze. We hope to be back again some day!

A magical stay at such a nice place. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor baths, the pizza oven, the pond, and the early morning birds. There’s also a really nice walking trail around the property.

The weather gods weren’t kinds to us, but it didn’t stop us from having a great family trip away. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the inside was clean and full of comfortable character. The inside fire was burning for most of our time and there was plenty of wood to keep us warm. A great long weekend away and highly recommended for anyone looking for some peace not too far away from all Margaret River has to offer.

It was an amazing stay! Stuart was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place was great, the view was lovely, and it was wonderful learning about the alpacas there.

Fantastic wee place , felt more like staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel,, very clean and tidy with everything you need,, being just out of town it was nice and quiet

The older style complex is beautifully maintained and surprisingly quiet. The unit is lovely, it is clean and nicely decorated. Literally walk across the road and you are at the beach and one block away from the restaurants cafe's and supermarket. Undercover parking is a pleasant bonus. Georgina instantly replied to all of my messages and couldn't have been more helpful.

Jerome and Janes Olive Grove was a beautiful Mediterranean pit stop on our WA road trip. A lovely private bottom level of their house which was very well set up with a beautiful gardens and outdoor area. We enjoyed a delicious Olive and oil tasting from Jerome and some amazing stargazing amongst the olive trees.

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

We very much enjoyed our stay on Hay Street. The apartment is comfortable spacious & very well equipped. The hosts were easy to deal with & very prompt to answer any queries. The weather was extremely hot when we were in Subiaco so it was also lovely to have use of the small pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Northcliffe Treetop Apartment. Shaine was an excellent host and went above and beyond in his communication. The fruit, milk and treats he left for us were a lovely touch. The location is absolutely beautiful with a great outlook over the bush block, and is close to town and other beautiful natural attractions. The space is clean and tidy, and the shower is amazing! The kitchen is basic but well-equipped for simple meals - perfect for a getaway! We also used the BBQ which was great. Access to Stan was also great for cosy movie nights when it was raining. Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Greg was incredibly hospitable, accomodating, and highly responsive. Everything you'd like in a host. He continued to suggest amenities within the listing, and helped us with some last minute stay extensions. The place itself is incredibly relaxing, set in nature with a wrap-around balcony that has fold away hammocks, a comfortable couch area, and a large table (that I used as my work station). The TV Lounge was very comfortable and the house stayed quite cool on it's own, with a very quick aircon for the upstairs areas we were using. If that wasn't standout enough, the kitchen was incredible and well stocked, with a large table that we could entertain with...not that we did with only the three of us, but we do plan to come back with our extended family to make good use of the space again in future. Especially being just a short stroll to the beach. Dream home, and a dream host. Thanks, Greg.

Wonderful space. Walkable to beach. Short drive to food and groceries. If you have young ones. It’s really close to the whale playground. If you are going to rottnest. Go from Hillary David was friendly and helpful when we arrived in the evening. 2 large king sized bed in 2 rooms perfect for families. Sofa is also a sofa bed I think. I love the open area. Great to unwind and have fruits for the kids and wine for the adults

Had a wonderful staycation at Natasha's place. The barn was extremely cozy with a large yard for our daughter and doggo to play in. Very relaxing! Thank you!

A beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed the cosy cabin to relax. Fireplace kept us warm and comfortable bed. Our dog has a great time exploring too! Highly recommend.

Easily the best place we’ve ever stayed! 8 Paddocks is ultra-modern and beautifully high-end, yet still warm, welcoming, and far from feeling sterile. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — from the design to the amenities, it’s clear the hosts have gone above and beyond. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning bath on the balcony — I had two a day, soaking in the serenity and the incredible views. The friendly cows were an unexpected delight! They’d wander up to the fence for a carrot and made the whole experience feel even more magical. We truly didn’t want to leave and will be recommending 8 Paddocks to everyone we know. A perfect blend of luxury and charm — we can’t wait to return!

We had such a wonderful experience at Galloway Spring Farm. We were awed by the beautiful set up of the room, complete with lots of books to read and games for the family. The atmosphere was very peaceful and there is a great view of the sun rise and sunset over the hills. We can also have a clear view of the beautiful night sky of the moon and stars. Ms Raquel is an amazing host! She is friendly and proactive, providing all the information and local recommendations before we are there. She also showed us around their farm and the kids had a great time interacting and feeding the farm animals. I would highly recommend staying here for a city getaway to peaceful farmstay. P.S. Their tomato sauce is so delicious! Be sure to try them if you stay there.

We had a lovely few days - there is everything you need and it is in a great location. It was super cosy and homely and we had some laughs and really enjoyed the record player.

You are really spoilt for choice as you can stay in and enjoy the cabin as there are toys for little kids with an amazing playground or bigger kids with a shed full of toys such as pool table, bikes and a kayak etc. Or you have the choice of what we did as we chose to use the cabin as a base and adventure out in nearby Dwellinup for the walk trails and then return at night and enjoy dinner in front of the fire and enjoy the stars and the quiet albeit a few cows and horses saying hello which made the experience. The hosts are very welcoming and we will definitely be staying again.

Had a really lovely, peaceful stay here and Mary was so kind and welcoming. The cottage and grounds were beautiful and had lots of relaxing walks in nature with my dog Bowie. Great place to stay with pets and for a little peaceful respite in nature

Lovely experience staying at this aesthetically pleasing cabin. Felt like living at our own little resort with the sauna, pool, campfire. Quality amenities, comfy beds and so convenient being right at town. 100% recommend.
