A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Please note this and the other studios are one building unit with the Maisonette All units are self catering and are private with own verandah bathroom and kitchenette. Only The pool and garden is shared.

Upstairs you will find a spacious room with a double bed. The studio also includes a small balcony.

There is also secure parking, BBQ, prive pool and its very own vegetable garden. Our farm is in 50m distance so every one who wants has the opportunity to visit and see our beautiful animals. The cottage is located in a very peaceful area, yet is a 2-5 min drive from the closest market, restaurants,bars,taverns and beaches.
