Our experience from our stay IN the Garden was great! The facilities are impeccable and spotless, the owner is very polite and always available! The villa is very close by car from points of interest in the area. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and really relaxing by the pool and the beautiful garden. We strongly recommend this accommodation for calm and relaxing holidays!!

Wonderful house with great view in nice garden setting and access to own sandy beach. Very comfy beds. Quiet. Road to location is much better than partially described by other guests (from south there is a paved road). We only missed a washing machine, but everything for washing by hand is available. Owner Panos is really very helpful and nice. We even joined them at their family Easter barbecue . Highly recommended place

what a gem. This is truly a fantastic place with a lovely swimming pool and beautiful views. every day the cottage is wonderfully cleaned by the fantastic and cheerful Xania. The beds are nice, lovely shower and everything is clean. a lovely place to rest and enjoy the sun. we were here with two adults. I expect less suitable for a family with small children.

A very friendly welcome from Ms Xenia even though we were an hour early for check in. Spotless accommodation. Fresh towels were provided as required and frequent apartment freshen ups too. Timotheos , the owner, was proactive in messages and quick to respond. Beautiful location to relax in Local cat was friendly and hung around a lot Tourist prices for local groceries, better deals away from the village. We didn’t get a car but really enjoyed cycling around the local area - some extreme hills but worth the effort.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Dimitris was a great host and provided us with everything we needed during our 3 day stay. We hope to go back soon. Totally recommend to anyone who need a calm and peaceful vacation.

Simply mind-blowing. This is what we were looking for for the past weeks and we just stumbled upon by accident. I am very glad we did. Quiet, small but actually spacious and a whole private beach for yourself! What else do you need? We cooked every day for ourselves, watched the stars and satellites at night, woke up with the best view you can get. It is far away from big city lights so you can even see different planets if you pay attention. We also had a small earthquake on our first night but house was very sturdy. All amenities you need are there for the kitchen from toaster to coffee machine, electric barbecue to electric squeezer for your lemonades. You can rent a bike in the city from Spiros’ shop for a very decent price and visit neighboring towns. Akrata train station is less than 10 mins by car and around 15 mins by bike. Everything you need, you will find it there. Thank you Georgia for everything, we will definitely be back.

The best accommodation during our 4-week trip to the Peloponnese, with a warm and personalized welcome (it's a change from key boxes...). Total availability. Thanks to Avva who took care of our laundry (washing and … drying)..Thanks to Mennelaos for his help in replacing our flat tire. The icing on the cake is the sea at the foot of the garden, and the site of Olympia about thirty minutes away by car. Book without moderation.

Blown away by Kefalonia and Mario's place was a perfect base to either chill or explore the local area and beyond. Felt lovely and private but also not cut off. Definitely on our list for a return visit :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!
