Traditional Residence in Mainalo

Traditional, stone two-storey house which dates back to 1866. It is located in the historic village of Alonistaina at the altitude of 1220 meters 10 km away from Vytina and 20 km from the ski center of Mainalon. The building is stone-built with traditional wooden elements, and the house in question is on the first floor, overlooking the Elisson River. The traditional decoration combined with the natural beauty of the area create a special atmosphere of relaxation to the guest.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.

Η βίλα Bell Marin βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο σε μια υπέροχη και ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε ελεονα αλλά και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στον Λαγανά(5 λεπτά) , Άγιο Σωστή (10 λεπτά) ακόμα και στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου (12-13 λεπτά)!! Η πισίνα που διαθέτει η βίλα είναι μεγάλη (7μετρα × 3,5μετρα) και μαζί με τον εξωτερικό χώρο είναι ιδιωτική. Η βίλα Bell Marin φροντίζει μετά από κάθε αναχώρηση να γίνεται καθαρισμός και απολύμανση του σπιτιού πολύ καλά.

The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
