10/10 accommodation! Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Apartment was spotless and quiet. Best of all, Darrell was extremely friendly & accommodating to all my needs. Highly recommend!!!

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

So nice to be able to return to Christine and Antony’s tranquil and comfortable home in a beautiful part of Auckland . Lovely hosts who we enjoyed talking to and really appreciated their warm hospitality.

Loved staying at Josh’s apartment, it is a fantastic location that would be very hard to beat. We walked down Ponsonby Road, down to the city, to Grey Lynn and to the yacht squadron. There are great restaurants in every direction. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun go down. If I lived in Auckland, this is where I would like to live.

Really great location. Checkin instructions were very clear - it would be easier if checking in with two people as parking was a bit tricky for both checkin and checkout on my own, but otherwise - no issues. The building itself and the room definitely feel a lot older than the photos show - but that I think is also obvious in the name Heritage :) it was very quiet and just what I needed. Monica was always very friendly and responded very quickly.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. It was at such a great location and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. The views from the room is stunning with the sky tower at night time! House is very clean and shower pressure is great! Such a great air bnb and hope to book again in the future when visiting Auckland! Thanks a lot :-)

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. Easy access, very quiet and well setup. Well secure and a homely feel with all amenities of a home. Definitely would love to stay again plus recommend to others.

A stunning property right on the waterfront with amazing views and direct access to the water. Francesca was very responsive, quickly responding to a couple of minor requests and was very easy to deal with, arranging a cot and kindly left us welcome treats. A perfect getaway on the beachfront. Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

Lovely comfortable house with spacious kitchen and living area. Handy to Dominion Rd and Sandringham shops. Heat pump in both bedrooms and living room. Would not hesitate to book this spot again.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Quiet for being in the city. Cosy and warm house. Sheets and towels good, beds comfy.

This Ponsonby villa was the perfect base for my Auckland trip. Spacious, stylish, and full of charm, it had everything I needed, an upgraded kitchen, plenty of fridge space, great espresso machine, and a beautiful courtyard with pool, loungers, and outdoor fireplace. The rainfall shower might be the star of the house, it was a luxury experience. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the open-plan layout made it feel airy and relaxing. Just a short walk (about 2,000 steps) to Ponsonby Road, with amazing coffee and breakfast at Dizengoff. Amy was a responsive and thoughtful host, she quickly fixed a door lock issue, which made me feel safe and well cared for. The house blends old character with modern upgrades, which fits the Ponsonby vibe perfectly. Even the recycling system (with 5 bins!) was easy to adapt to. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jonny's place! The location is perfect, with a short path leading directly to the beach and nearby shops. The space was very clean and cozy. All the thoughtful little touches Jonny provided made it feel like a home away from home. It was definitely worth the money, and we will certainly be booking again when we return to Auckland!

Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Amanda and her husband’s place in Auckland. The location was ideal, just a short walk to my course venue with easy transport and a great café downstairs for early starts. The apartment felt like home, spacious with beautiful views, and stayed warm and cozy. I loved the kitchen for prepping meals and the huge TV was perfect for relaxing at night. Amanda thought of everything, from a well-stocked pantry to my favorite Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, just like a hotel. A nearby local 4 Square had anything else I needed, though most essentials were already provided. I’m quite particular and this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again if traveling solo. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Great hosts. The Airbnb was super comfortable and peaceful. Fantastic location near walks and the beach.

It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!
