Beautiful home! We fell in love! Wished our stay was longer!!! Thank you for everything.

We had a very peaceful stay overlooking Woodland Hills. The home was convenient to our activities just to the east. While we were at the house, we took advantage of the terrific deck and the surrounding hiking trails. The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

Beautifully landscaped mountain house with rustic charm and an abundance of views and moments. Lynne is also very communicative and attentive. Dog friendly. Overall a delightful stay!

Sandra was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I had asked her for an early check in on short notice but she couldn’t accommodate, reasonably so, but was more than willing to offer a late check out without us having to ask. If we are ever in the area again we would for sure stay at her place!

We loved staying at Teresa’s beach house. It is just a ~10 min walk to the beach and accessible to anything one might need. We are grateful to have such a nice stay that is also dog friendly. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

Great place for a quick getaway in the mountains. The drive to the spot was very scenic. I would recommend the space for anyone that was looking for a quick nature trip.

A wonderful host, a great spot, lots to see and do, and a private peaceful setting in a beautiful backyard. This is a great Airbnb experience, and the next time we have to be in Burbank, we will certainly go there again!

Had a lovely three week stay stay at Alice and Eric's lovely guesthouse / cottage in Topanga! Very quiet and peaceful setting, guesthouse was private and spacious with everything you need, and I really enjoyed reading and hanging out on the patio and in the garden area on sunny days. So many great hiking trails nearby and it's only a 5-7 minute drive into Topanga Village or an easy 10-12 minutes into Calabasas and Woodland Hills where there are plenty of great grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful calm and serene alternative place for a short or long stay compared to the many overly busy, crowded areas of greater Los Angeles. Highly recommend! I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

We were attending a graduation at Cal Arts, so the location was close by and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Everything was as described in the listing. We did have a mechanical issue with the spa, but George took care of it and we were not inconvenience at all. We really appreciate the owner's quick response and attention. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Cute place and great location!

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. We had a wonderful weekend birthday trip for my daughter's 6th birthday to Universal Studios, and this place was perfect for our stay, just about 10 minutes away from the park. There were five of us in total. The six-year-olds shared the XL full bed with me, my mom was comfortable in one of the other beds, and my stepson had his own single bed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool on Friday when we arrived. Since we were mostly out and about, it was the perfect spot to come home to and rest. The girls absolutely adored Patrick's son's cat, Poppies, such a sweet and gentle kitty! Patrick was there to greet us at check-in and gave us a tour of the space. He was very kind, welcoming, and available if we needed anything. Thank you so much, Patrick, for your hospitality!
