We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

Sleeping up to 4 adults in spacious comfort in 2 beds, with a luxurious bathroom, garden views, fully fitted kitchen, high spec fixtures & comfortable lounge area. A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
