Beachfront holiday rentals in Westport

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

Exceeded expectations can’t wait to return! Great spending time with grandkids and sharing all the local spots- Jim’s and skips dock and snug harbor diner- they are all still open from my childhood time- 70’s….

We had such an amazing stay. We felt right at home and were very comfortable with the place. Carolyn was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. Shout out Ali for fixing our little problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

We only had one night at the cottage but it was the perfect spot between NYC and Portland, Maine for a stop after enjoying Newport ! The beach was quiet and private. Very relaxing cottage ! Definitely recommend.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

In our experience we had wonderful communication from Chris’s team. They were extremely responsive to our messages and checking on our stay. The location was amazing! Nice pool deck, steps to the beach, and so many amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable, enough storage, and efficient kitchen to use. When we had issues with our televisions, the staff were quick to find solutions.

Thank you the place was awesome no complaints here me and the family had a great time and from some one that didn’t grow up seeing a place like this one this created a great memories for me and the family once again thank you.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

This was the best air BNB experience to date for us. The place is super charming and the full i my pop okof character. George and Miranda are so responsive and helpful. Small details made it so special - a drawer of toys, the cutest coffee bar, the epic album collection, the stocked kitchen - couldn't ask for anything else! highly recommend!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. Unreal deal and amazing views. Stay here if you value scenes and vibes over luxury. It’s an older home so it gets a bit hot and stuffy but you literally cannot beat the view. I’m almost reluctant to write such a good review so that I can gate keep the place for my family 😃. Can’t wait to go back!

A perfect hosting host! Booked Kate’s home for my mom’s 60th birthday girls’ trip and they had the absolute best time. Easily walkable to local spots and accessible to downtown Newport via car. Lots of spaces for reading, relaxing, and enjoying each-other’s company. Kate was easy to communicate with and helped make the weekend go off without a hitch! Would highly recommend!!

The cottage was well appointed and decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Wayne and Sherry were responsive and helpful. Island Park is a great low-key location with nice bars and restaurants and a lovely beachfront within minutes of the cottage. This cottage was great value for money.

Kelly's place was a tranquil oasis by the water. It was the perfect weekend get away with a lot of local spots nearby and the gorgeous deck overlooking the water. The surrounding streets were great for walks and we enjoyed checking out Sunset Cove in the mornings. The space is well equipped with kitchen supplies for making dinners at home, but there were also several options down the road. Would love to go back and stay at Kelly's again!
