During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

The entire apartment has wooden attic ceilings. Please be aware that there are honeybees on the property, in case of allergies! One 32 sqm combined living/bedroom, with 2 built in single beds, sofa and a small balcony. One 25 sqm bedroom with two built in single beds and one single bed. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

There are several parking spaces on the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.
