The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. In the heart (market square) of Landau, lies our charming townhouse, which is more than 270 years old. Elaborately restored and modernized, it serves as a retreat for our guests. Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Beautifully located in the middle of nature is our horse farm in a secluded location, the Modenbacher Hof. In addition to horses, meadows and forest, we also have apartments. This friendly, sunny apartment with a small terrace invites families, couples and nature-loving people to spend time in the countryside. Whether forest, playground, wine road, vineyards or Palatinate villages and towns, everything is accessible on foot or with short journeys.

Treetop house with castle view

Treehouse on stilts with two bedrooms, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Balcony and stilted terrace overlooking Trifels Castle. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and are accessible on foot via a tarred hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart from us for your luggage. We will be waiting for you at the reception desk of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels for check-in.

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
