This is a lovely large quiet and tranquil separate unit with a new bathroom. A small stream gurgles alongside enjoyed by pukekoes and eels. We want you to enjoy the birdlife, therefore we have food for you to feed the fantails, eels and pukekoes. A Gazebo over looking the stream to watch the pukeko playing, maybe enjoying a glass of wine. The unit has a microwave, fridge and toaster sofa, table and chairs for you to enjoy "home away from it all". Very safe off street parking

lovely location, nice and quite part of busy whangarei. Will 100% book this home again. I felt like I was staying at a relatives house, it was so lovely. the double bed was comfy but a little small for my partner and I so if you're on the taller or bigger side, you may not have the BEST sleep. otherwise, 5/5, 10/10 :)

This was our second stay. Our previous stay was about 3 months ago. Would definitely stay here again. Denise and Craig are wonderful friendly people and the home is quite comfortable, peaceful and quiet. My husband visited the sheep every morning and evening. We looked for the rabbits every time we drove the driveway and evening saw them in the backyard a few times.

Had an amazing stay at Lucy cottage. Felt right at home the minute we walked through the front door. The cottage was so homely and cosy, the beds were very comfortable and the cottage was situated in a beautiful garden. Felt very peaceful and private, we wished we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed our stay at Sherees place. It was quiet and peaceful, clean, and warm space that offered the luxury of peace and quiet but was only a short few minutes away drive from the centre of Whangarei. Sherees an awesome host. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and left us to enjoy the space. The sleep out is spacious and Sheree had even left some goodies - beverages, bottled water, cereal and chocies that we got to enjoy, which we appreciated. Space has a lovely massive shower and a heaven sent bed that's so comfy, had the best sleep. Definitely will be back next time we're staying in Whangarei. Thanks Sheree 😊

Quaint Blue Cottage in the heart of Whangarei

The whole family enjoyed our stay. The cottage is actually much more spacious than the west the photos show. We were in town for a sports event and the kids got a good nights sleep before their race. It had everything we needed. Hannah was very responsive and flexible with our requirements. Overall we were very happy and would stay again.
