We had a fantastic stay! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the home was neat, cozy, and perfectly situated in the middle of amazing wildlife. Tom and Miriam were such kind and Helpful hosts, offering thoughtful hospitality touches like homemade banana bread, cookies, and blackberry jam. They also provided us with some guidance that only local’s would know. We couldn’t have asked for better stay—highly recommend!

Doug’s place is exactly as described—a beautiful, serene retreat that offers the perfect blend of privacy and nature. The pond is amazing, and the outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. Even though the owners are on the property, it feels incredibly private. Doug himself is very friendly and welcoming. The actual living space is small, but that’s exactly why we loved it. We prefer being outdoors and value nature over amenities, so this space was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a big space that feels like home, it might feel a bit small. However, if you love nature and enjoy a peaceful, camping-like retreat, it’s ideal. We were a group of four adults (two couples) and two dogs, and we fit perfectly. It’s also conveniently close to the city and national parks, so you get the best of both worlds. We highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my peaceful stay at the beautiful apartment. I had planned to use the provided mountain bikes, but due to an injury, I instead rested, breathed the mountain air and enjoyed the scenic views. The apartment was blissfully quiet and looks even better than the photos. Susan and Stan were very kind and friendly. They provided a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate in the apartment for my arrival, and they even shared some produce from their garden. Previous guests had left some kitchen staples in the apartment such as flour and oil which helped me with cooking. The apartment is only a few minutes from town but feels like a world away. I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area. I highly recommend.

This was a fabulous place to stay and Mindy was a super host. She made me feel right at home and was very gracious. It is a truly lovely spot and very quiet and peaceful. It’s not too far from town so it offers a great balance of privacy and relative convenience. I hope I make it back to Orcas again soon and I will definitely choose Mindy’s place to stay, if available. A great experience, thanks!

My husband and I each (at our separate times) use Sue and Dennis' place for solo weekend get-aways from the family. It's convenient, pretty location, spacious, and well appointed (fully functioning kitchen, esp.) for our purposes. If you need a shower, you're outta luck (they offer a bathtub), but everything else is great.

Aimee and Peter have a gorgeous unique home nestled in the deep woods. Their story of wanting to share with community and the warmth they offered in their space and communication was very welcoming. This is a very special little abode with many intricacies that helped us feel fascinated and very cozy. It was a worthwhile adventure to stay there.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the last couple months and it was just as enjoyable the second time around. The space is really well thought out, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and would consider staying a third time or more!

I loved this Airbnb. It was immaculately clean, which is an important thing for me. The space felt great, all amenities I needed were included and easy to locate. Beautiful surroundings and convenient location. I will be back to Lynden and I hope it is available for my next trip!

Wonderful kitchen and dining area! We spent hours playing games and could see whales in the bay from the inside windows. We had a wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Caravan Cabin. I will return. IMO it's better than glamping. Very quiet at night, in a peaceful little river valley, greenery, plenty of parking, books and mags, DVD's, Bluetooth sound system, electronic charger adapter, games, good size fridge, kettle, coffee maker, small oven, some shelf stable food items, outdoor ambient lighting, grill, fire pit... WOW the list goes on. Only one cautionary advice, and this is not meant to be negative - the beds do have a size limit to consider - I am 6'1" and fit comfortably, but I think a person 6'5" or greater might not be able to stretch out while sleeping. Certainly good value for the dollar.

I stayed here for a few months it was cozy and Christian was very friendly and accomidating. It was very nice to cuddle up on the couch for a movie night. Hospitality was amazing and warm and welcoming. I will definitly send family and friends to this amazing spot. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere they made it feel like home away from home. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet quant place to find peace and adventure.

From booking to check in, stay to check out, this was a beyond great experience! Everything about the property was purely magical. The landscaping was natural and beautiful to explore. The cottage was cozy, just the right size for a couple's getaway. There was even ice ready in the freezer, a stocked bathroom including feminine supplies, and a detailed binder of all the nearby hikes. Dana was so friendly and responsive, and even George the pup was ready for a sweet chin scratch. We loved every moment of our stay, and for sure hope to visit this wooded oasis again in the future!

Overall a great stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the Bellingham and Fair Haven towns along with all the hiking trails nearby. Brian and Sandra were great hosts and everything was accurate in their description on their listing. We would stay here again!

If you’ve never stayed in an airplane hangar, here’s your chance. Peaceful, private, beautiful setting, lots of amenities, comfortable for one person or a family. Host was responsive and friendly. If I ever find myself in Point Roberts again, I’ll book this place.

This is a great spot. The surroundings are BEAUTIFUL! We so enjoyed spending time outside. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described. Would definitely come back.

I had a very nice stay at Haley's cabin. The cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet. The area around the cabin is very peaceful and it is nice for short walks. The neighborhood is also very friendly. Haley was very pleasant and responsive to my needs. It was a great place to stay for a month. I would definitely go back again.

This cottage was everything and more to make our trip AMAZING. It is so cute, so cozy, so clean. The space is utilized so great. The location was perfect. The furry four legged beauties running around in the backyard was such a pleasure. The host was amazing, very communicative and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay! A few words can't be enough to describe what a wonderful experience it was. Upon arrival, the host gave us the grand tour and showed us how to operate things. Very responsive if you need anything. The hot tub was the highlight of the trip. It gets soo hot which was a good thing and had curtain for privacy. The chicken coop and the horse runs were so cool, such a nice thing to have away from the city. There were plenty of tie outs around the property for your pups. The cabin itself was perfect for 2 and fur babies. Stocked with essentials and even had dog blankets and poop bags out. It was such a great memorial day weekend, I will definitely be back and explore the area even more.

Everyone has different expectations when they stay at someone’s place. Anita’s cottage has something for everyone. For me, I love the local hiking, local wildlife, and that it is close to town. I have stayed here 5 years in a row, but this year I enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer available too!

Everything was amazing. Very clean and host were very quick on responding to questions. Even loaned us an ice chest for the day! We will definitely be staying again when we are in town!
