Very relaxing stay! Although it rained all the days we were there, it was great family bonding time with many games played and time spent fishing when we could. The house was as advertised. Only a couple of minor things came up that in no way hindered our stay. It would be normal things that would happen at your own home. Roger was always quick to respond with answers to questions that we had and was very helpful during the booking process. All of our kids made the statement that they would rather come back and stay here than go on a big trip. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy family time, this place is perfect for just that! Thank you Roger for sharing your property with us, and we are already looking forward to the next time!🙂

Perfect place to stay for close access to Smith Lake Park. Boat trailer parking was easy right outside the front door and outside electrical hookup for batteries. Great little spot to stay at Smith Lake.

If I could give Roy and Martha’s place 10 stars I would. when we arrived at their place, we noticed the beauty around the apartment and proximity to the lake. After being there a few hours, the air conditioner was struggling to cool the place so I proceeded to text Roy and within seconds he was knocking on our door, wanting to see what was going on . We were on our way out to dinner and when we returned, it have been fixed and was cooling wonderfully Roy and Martha were very attentive and very kind hosts. We were able to visit with them on their screen porch for a while getting to know them and they truly are gems! The Airbnb is very close to everything you would want to visit in Guntersville. We were able to go to the state park a couple of times while we were there. We will definitely go back to their place. It is very peaceful and exactly what we needed.

We had an excellent stay in this exceptional accommodation! This was the cleanest and most welcoming place we could have ever imagined! The kitchen was stocked well with seasonings, utensils, dinnerware, and pots and pans. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire unit was well decorated and well maintained. One of our favorite features was the design of the floor of the walk in shower! Another welcoming aspect was the privacy and the area of the whole property.

Our stay was great. The lake is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Condo was very clean. Owner was friendly and responsive and let us check in early, which made our timing much easier as we were trying to meet up with family in the area and needed to unload our car. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely. The view and access to the river were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were plentiful. The location was a reasonable ride from the airport and close to our family in Florence. It was a great place for us to stay.

Nina was a great host. Property was very beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to look outside. The porch was my favorite part, sitting outside in the beautiful rocking chairs, looking at the lake and listening to the birds. We will definitely book this property again.

Shannon was so accommodating for our family trip. We asked for some recommendations prior to our trip and she responded immediately. This area of Shoals Creek is quiet and we enjoyed the peacefulness. Our boat trips up and down the creek and out to the main river/lake were beautiful. I grew up on this creek and while so many more people have built on the creek and the houses are so much larger, the peace and quiet of the wooded lots and the beauty of the sunsets remains!

Stayed here with our family and friends. and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The views were breathtaking and the house was immaculate. We had a great time!

Perfect place to get away and relax! The thunderstorms canceled our swimming and dock sitting but the big covered back porch and tin roof made it very enjoyable. The house was very clean and spacious. We had a total of 8 adults and everyone felt like they had plenty of space. Also, the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well appointed. Extra little thoughtful touches, coffee, creamer and sugar, plastic baggies, garbage bags etc. we didn’t have to run out for anything. The place was super clean. The bathroom also thought of every little detail. Loved the back porch! Sat out there in the mornings for coffee. Comfortable front room. Yard was beautiful. We loved staying at this little cabin get a way! Exactly as described. Perfect for rest and relaxation! Loved listening to nature and the rain sitting on the screened in porch! Beds extremely comfortable and all linens/towels were very nice! For the price, it can’t be beat and exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

Loved this Airbnb! There’s two units - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Our unit was upstairs and had an amazing porch and swing. We had our two kids who loved the dock and water access for fishing and swimming. The master bed was super comfortable. The highway can be seen and heard from the porch, but didn’t bother us when indoors. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back to stay for a few more nights

It’s the most convenient place to stay! Walkable to many restaurants and downtown shops! It was clean and quiet!

Jennifer was a great host. The condo was very clean, well stocked and has great views. The boat slip is very convenient and central to anything in Arley.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to do remote work it is perfect. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping mimosas and working on my laptop with my fishing pole cast out. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen. I also loved the great water pressure in the shower with hot water. One other cool thing I adored was the tin ceiling. Thank you for the wonderful experience Chuck, we appreciate you!

Condo needs updating and some maintenance but it was a great stay Loved the ground floor for easy access. The condo was very clean Easy checkout.

The condo was exactly as advertised! Great location for our family and we’ll equipped. Easy check in and check out. Kristy was very responsive.

Overall we had a great time at Brandon’s place! The home had everything we needed. It is right on a river, but as the listing states, the trees across the river have been cut down so the view is of the highway that’s currently under some construction. The listing does state this, but just know that the photos haven’t been updated to show it. We were there for a baseball tournament so it didn’t affect us, but if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this may affect you. All that to say, everything else was satisfactory and if we ever need a place in Florence, we’d stay here again. The only other thing to point out is that the AC units are really noisy. While they do an excellent job of keeping the place cool, when they kick on, they are extremely loud. You can tell that even though the house is older, Brandon takes care of it well. While there, pest control and landscaping guys came. This stood out to us and was impressive. Last thing, bring your fishing poles! We loved the fishing!

Anita is a fantastic host! She was very informative, responded quickly and made sure we felt at home. Her place is great….wonderful view and decorated so that you feel at home. We would go back in a heartbeat X
