I loved my stay at Fee’s place. Fee is super welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The space is clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated & filled with homely touches. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

If you want sea and beach views together with convenience of being close to town with its various pubs, local bakery and restaurants then this is the place to be. The balcony is great for people watching, sea views and sunsets: the weather was great. Thanks, Josie.

Staying in David's appartment means staying in a very beautiful landscape - the seaside is just a walk away and we enjoyed the silence of a small village a lot. The appartment itself is new and clean, offering enough space for us five people despite being accomodated in one single big room. We felt very welcome :-)

Great place. Was bigger than expected, and had everything in close proximity. Located right on the sea front with great views of the beach and sea from all the front windows.

Really enjoyed our stay here seeing family and friends 😊 Great view of the sea -which is just accross the fairly quiet road And made use of lovely patio area and shared garden Fairly quiet and only a short walk to broadstairs shops etc We walked from train station approx 15 mins Enjoyed the French doors opening to patio having fresh air

I had a very enjoyable stay at Alex & Virginia's flat. It really is a home from home. Everything is as described and it is very comfortable and also very stylish. It's a short walk to the seafront and doesn't take very long to walk to the centre of Folkestone for restaurants and pubs. Alex and Virginia are very responsive to questions too. I only stayed for 3 nights but would have been quite happy staying for longer!

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

Caroline is a great host, incredibly responsive and provided great insights to the local area, would highly recommend.

Wij hebben een fijn sfeervol verblijf gehad in little poppy, alles aanwezig, veel privacy in een schattig tuintje waar de hele dag de zon staat. Prima uitvalsbasis om te fietsen langs het strand maar ook in het binnenland. Bridget is een fijne gastvrouw reageerde snel na een bericht. We had an amazing two-day stay at this place for my birthday and absolutely loved it! The view was stunning, and Karim was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend staying here!

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

The perfect location, walkable to town and to Dover Castle. Most places were closed due to Easter and the following day which was also a holiday so that was challenging. There were 6 of us staying, more ideal for 4 people. The noise from the road below didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend using a “noise machine” if staying in the primary bedroom, but the bed was really comfortable and we got great sleep. Ideal place to walk to all the restaurants once they did open. Rain was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had.

John has a great place in a perfect neighborhood. He was very helpful in letting us drop our luggage as we arrived a bit early that morning. We were blown away with how modern, charming and quaint this beautiful place was, especially given it's an 1800 build. Plenty of space. My only regret is we stayed for just 1 day. Just a quick 10 minute walk from the train station. We'll definitely try and stay here next time we're in town.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

séjour réussi grâce à un logement qui est magnifiquement rangé, propre, equipé et bien situé. Coin paisible où vous n'entendrez que le chant des oiseaux. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, cordiales et sont soucieux du moindre détail pour que le séjour se passe bien. Le bain nordique est super propre, pour profiter d'un super moment de détente. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
