We had such a lovely and relaxing time at Lee's characterful place. It's about a 15min walk to a few really good cafes and bakeries in South Fremantle and about a 10min bus ride into the heart of Freo, with the bus stop about a 6min walk away. There's a farmers market nearby on a Sunday that's also worth a visit. The property is split and sits on a quiet street and you have access to the front portion of the garden, which is mostly shaded and a nice little reading spot. Highlights for both of us were waking up to birdsong with the native plants out the front, the thoughtful provisions left for us to enjoy, the AC on a hot day and the very comfortable beds! Highly recommend.

Staying in Sarah’s garden studio was wonderful. A great retreat but also close to shops, cafes and Fremantle. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful house and great hosts. House felt warm and cozy when we arrived and was perfect for what we needed . Lovely area with cute little park opposite the house :)
