What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

Violet was very helpful from the moment we booked. The accommodation was lovely & everything we wanted, very clean & everything we needed for a lovely stay. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Carol's place is one of the most comfortable places we've stayed in Whitstable/Tankerton over the past few years. Has all you can need, nice and new decor, easy to follow instructions for everything and no officious requirements on checking out. Carol was super responsive and flexible on check out time.

lovely detached house right on the seafront. The terrace has stunning sea views and great sunsets. The 5 bedrooms are all very nice and offer some flexibility with twins and doubles. We loved the seaside themed decor and nice touches like blankets. Nice host who gave very clear instructions. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

House was lovely and perfect for myself and my adult daughters. Felt at home as soon as we went through the door. Extremely clean, and very well equipped. Beautiful mirrors everywhere, would have been useful though to have one over the bathroom sink. No wardrobes and not much storage in the bedrooms but we managed very well. Definitely want to return with my husband, well worth the 6 hour drive to get there!

Wonderful stay at the cottage. Interior and exterior is immaculate along with everything you may need for a comfortable stay! Totally recommend for a great location to walk to the high street and beach. Thank you Kate for the lovely welcome pack 🥰

We had a great time here. It is a really good location. It is right on the high street but still quite quiet and peaceful. As other reviews mentioned, the stairs are steep so perhaps not suitable for those with certain mobility issues but we found them fine! Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

We had a lovely weekend at Emma’s place. Very easy to find, very comfortable and in a great location.

This property is clean and modern. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Great location close to shops restaurants and the beach. Perfect for pets with completely secure outside space. Would definitely rebook.

Matt's place was great for our break in Whitstable, with more than enough space for us (4 adults + 1 child). Matt gave us lots of useful local information and also a few things to start our holiday in. There were good amenities in the kitchen (including a sharp set of knives, which you don't always get) which means it was possible to make a few meals. There were also lots of books and games which meant we didn't have to bring lots to keep our daughter entertained. Location wise, it's a short walk to the centre of the town with lots of good little restaurants and also close to the beach, so a great spot to explore Whitstable from.

Beautifully find just off Whitstable high street. The whole place immaculate, well thought out and had everything we needed for a stay with our 1 year old. Huge appreciation for all the baby bits so we didn't have to bring a ton of stuff with us, very rare to find!! We thought it was close to the high street, and then we found an alleyway and found it was EXTREMELY close to the high street, very convenient. All of the tips and recommendations were very helpful and we used most of them. A fantastic stay and a lovely host!

Loverly cottage in quiet seaside neighbourhood with close walk to the Whitstable High street and beaches. As expected parking was available in nearby street without too much difficulty.

I have stayed in AirBnBs all around the world, and this one was my favorite! Perfect location, very nice interior and bedding, adorable patio, and personable hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Whitstable. The cottage was absolutely lovely – just as described – and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially cosy, and we all slept really well. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to both the beach and the local shops. I booked the property for my partner and eldest child. They loved how close it was to all the amenities and beach and especially loved how bright and airy the bedrooms were. David was very responsive and helpful and we would recommend his place to anyone looking for a break by the sea.

The house was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of the high street, the sea front and the harbour. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped, and the private parking space was a real bonus on a bank holiday weekend.
