Stayed here with 2 friends on our first trip to Phuket. The photos are very accurate and the air bnb itself was very spacious and clean. The location was about 15 minutes from Patong main areas but this was really good as it felt nice to be away from all the noise but close enough to get places. We had a few minor issues like the electricity cutting off briefly due to a landslide and the pool was under maintenance. However Coco was extremely responsive and resolved issues promptly. She arranged a taxi to our next stay in Rawai as compensation for the issues. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

We had an mazing stay. We were 6 of us with two kids and the place was spacious and comfortable. Caroline was responsive and helpful - from check in to check out. She agree d to an early check in and gave us an informative walk thru. She even did not charge us for the two glasses my kids broke . So a big thank you and yes definitely my top choose if I visit Phuket again.

The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

The apartment is exactly as described: spacious, clean, and the host is very easy to contact.

Absolutely the best! Booked a really last minute stay and within just a few hours, Ann personally welcomed us at the gate, showed us around in the complex and helped us check in! Ann really deserves the title of a Superhost: she is kind, responds really quick and truly tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. No standard messages and puts an effort in communication and the place itself! We immediately felt comfortable. The appartement is cozy, very clean, smells amazing and is very bright. No funny smells, even towels and sheets smell very good. Kitchen and cookingware are clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable chairs and couch and a decent size television so you can properly relax. The outdoor area with pool is very chill. Location is good: centrally located, very close to the big mall and a 7-eleven with All-cafe just 2 mins walk away. Would have stayed longer if possible and def would come back next time! 11/10 would recommend!

Pristine place, good peaceful location near the old town and well, Art is just the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered. Very proactive, patient, incredibly helpful and such a fun and interesting person to talk to. You have great hosts and then you have Art, who goes above and beyond to make his guest feel as welcome and cared for as much as is humanly possible. 10/10 would recommend

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

Zoey is a fantastic host with prompt and efficient response! I have stayed at the Deck many times. The unit is a bit small and there are bigger units there but it is generally good enough for 2 pax. Wish there is a mop available as I like to clean up the place easily and keep it squeaky clean and dry. There is a mosque nearby but I am not affected much by the loud prayers. Just close the sliding door. There is a very good massage spa and restaurant opposite Indigo hotel. Reasonably price and good value for money. I met up with the chef and was told that the restaurant will even upgrade to a higher level of food. I sampled their up-coming dishes and they are really really good. They have visiting chefs/friends from all over the world. The restaurant is joined to the spa (Sasi massage). Looking forward to my next holiday trip there. All the interesting places (beach etc) are within walking distance. Zoey can provide all info to the places you want to go.

Nice little bolthole in Phuket, right next to the mall which has everything, and very central to a lot of great cafes and amazing restaurants

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Everything about my stay was great, from start to finish (19 nights), location, apartment, great location close to shops, restaurants and Kata beach, so peaceful place, i can relax after day out ,and most of all great communication with the host, thanks for having me 🙌🏻😊

I loved my time here! I stayed for 4 weeks and will return! The pool is great, huge! The people in the building are very nice. The room is so spacious and private, even though it’s ground floor, you have peace. Bed was so comfy also which is rare. Lupthawit was very good at communicating and made nice recommendations :) you also cannot hear the rest of the building which is amazing, being on the ground floor. The area is a little out of the way, but for me it was perfect because I had a moped. The gym could have more equipment but made do! The apartment is as pictured and so clean. I paid an extra 600TBH for a clean and they were very nice and quick with it. WiFi is strong too which is good for an online worker. Overall the place was cosy, cute, clean and homey and I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Lupthawit!

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Me and my family loved this home and will definitely be returning. Even with a late check-in Jen and Gib made instructions clear and we had no issues finding or getting into the villa. Every room was clean and just as pictured. We loved how the pool was maintained during our stay and all the amenities of the home. Cleaners came once during our stay to clean and replenish towels as established in the terms. While the villa is on a bit of a steep hill it offers a great views. I would just be mindful when ordering transportation as you might have to walk down the hill since some vehicles can’t make it all the way up. We only had two mishaps there where the power was off one day from 9am to 5pm due to the town doing work on power lines and a small leak that occurred in the master bedroom sink. The power outage was informed to us two days in advance and the sink was repaired the same day of discovery of the leak. Overall I would recommend this home and appreciate all Jen and Gibs help.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

Andy’s villa in Kathu was the highlight of our multi-location trip to Thailand. What an absolute gem; incredible villa with the most beautiful views from the pool. Kudos to the amazing housekeeper; incredible food and always kept the place really well! Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone, and already have to many family and friends.
