Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

Enjoy a refreshing stroll or jog through this tree lined centralized neighborhood. Midwestern State U, restaurants, shopping, etc., all within a few blocks. Bedrm 1-queen bed and en suite bathrm w/large walk-in shower. Bedrm 2-queen bed. Hall-full bath. Bedrm 3-large suite, w/king bed and den w/full size sleeper sofa. 55” smart tv. All bedrms have ceiling fans & usb/power next to beds. Den-55” smart tv, WiFi, dining table, breakfast nook, sunroom, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, seating, etc.

Large Backyard Deck

Perfectly located Brook Village 3 bedroom home on a tree lined street. This home will make you feel welcome from the moment you pull into the private driveway. 3 Queen size beds and a TV in every bedroom plus a TV in the Great Room and even a small TV in the kitchen so you can stream your favorite cooking show and follow along with perfect recipe to enjoy in the cozy dining room. Your evenings out on the huge back yard deck with family and friends will make for a perfect end to each evening.

Wichita Falls Charming Home

Your family, or you and your friends, will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home has a king size bed in the main bedroom, two bunk beds in the larger spare room, another bunk bed in the smaller guest room, and a futon in the den. There is a grill, gazebo, play set, and bar in the backyard for grilling and fun. It is within walking distance of MSU, minutes away from the movie theater and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from base.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away.
