The annexe has a comfortable double sofa-bed and en-suite with shower. It has a desk, TV with fire-stick, WiFi, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Outdoor you will find an outdoor seating area, exclusive to the annexe, with swing chair and dining set. Towels, bedding and toiletries are provided

The Annex

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

Vodafone Headquarters is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury Racecourse is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury railway station is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car.
