Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Quaint hunting lodge with Alpine panoramic views

We offer a rustic hunting lodge in a fantastic location on Gut Schörghof overlooking the Alps. The cottage has two bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds and 1 living room with a gallery with mattress storage), a common room with kitchen, stove and seating area and a large garden. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax in a quiet atmosphere. ATTENTION: Please DO NOT park on the meadow in front of the cottage, only behind it!

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in the ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

Experience relaxing days in our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the picturesque Alpine foothills. Surrounded by rolling hills, green meadows, clear lakes (e.g., Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg), and forests, our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, or relaxing hours in nature. In winter, you can reach various ski resorts in about 45 minutes. This spacious two-room apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. We look forward to your visit!

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s'Wuidgehege)

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Ideal as a starting point for trips - also to Stoa169: In the Upper Bavarian Highlands, south of Munich, lies our newly built and modernly furnished granny flat in the historic monastery village of Polling. The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.

Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, shopping, and sightseeing. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes.
