Iffeldorf on the Osterseen is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. It is not far from Munich and you are in the mountains in no time. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your accommodation is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sightseeing. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything is brand new. Including your decor.

Exclusive apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

The apartment is on the 2nd floor under the roof on the south side. You can enjoy the sun on your balcony. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and much more. The apartment is equipped with parquet and floor heating. Towels, bed sheets, dishtowels and hair dryer are available! Weekends on request!

In the main room there is a large kitchen-living room, a solid wood dining table and the sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The sleeping area is slightly separated by a transparent curtain. In addition, there is a nice separate room with a pull-out couch and a bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is bright, airy and tastefully decorated. There is also a roof terrace where you can linger in the sun lounger to your liking.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
