This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

Auf Wunsch kann auch eine große Matratze aufgepumpt werden ...Küche ist mit allem was dazu gehört (Induktion Herd ) großer Kühlschrank ,Mikrowelle , Backofen . Handtücher, Bettwäsche ... großen Flur Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlich Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen.. Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne ..Auf Wunsch kann ein Kleinkinderbett dazu gestellt werden

Catty‘s AirBnB single apartment is in a strategic area, to the Hauptstuhl train station takes only 8-10 mins by walking. The location is a very peaceful. It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.
