From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped. Kempten is an ideal place to connect city and nature. A trip to the Allgäu mountains, shopping or experiencing culture, everything is possible.
