Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer is in an outside shed. Bedroom has wardrobe and dressing table. 10 mins drive into city centre or No 1 bus straight run into York takes 20-30 mins depending on traffic, runs every 10 mins. You are attached to the main house but will not be disturbed.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

The Old Post Office

This unique cottage has a style all its own. In 2024 this former Post Office was fully renovated to a high specification. It offers a 2 bed 2 bath spacious and stylish interior and is situated in the heart of a heritage village on the outskirts York. The old Post office retains many original features with exposed beams throughout. Heron Lodge

A unique, charming summerhouse situated upon a bridge overlooking a fish pond in the owners large garden, surrounded by trees, birds and wildlife. The lodge is deceptively spacious, suitable for two people. A double bed and also the seating area can be used as a single bed if so required. Kitchen area with dining table and two chairs, separate toilet, wash basin, shower, and wardrobe. Hot and cold water and radiator heating. Smart TV with WiFi.
