Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

We are located in the Clarendon park area, the trendy area in Leicester. 30 minutes walking from the center 10 minutes walking from university of Leicester. You will have our newly decorated annexe downstairs an open little kitchen with a sitting area and bathroom, upstairs you will have your bedroom with a king bed.
