We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Little Lake Cherokee

This is the fantastic basement in-law suite. Awesome nature views down to the lake. Fully furnished in all rooms. Private bathroom with towels for your convenience. Large smart TV with Netflix loaded. Guests will have private access to the unit including parking. House is near to shopping and restaurants. There is a microwave, coffee pot, small fridge, electric skillet, toaster. But no kitchen sink or stove. **Pet friendly** Perfect for couples, a single person, or a small family.

The “Connection Cottage" is set in the hills of Morristown, TN. Located in our home's walk-out basement w/ it's own private entrance. Light and airy studio apartment with full kitchen. Spectacular views of Douglas Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains. Extremely private area detached from the main house on the property, and ample area to park your boat. Literally minutes from the public Shady Grove boat launch and boat and jet ski rentals. 6 minutes from Interstate 40, and about 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas, so you can get to your destinations quickly, and then come back to peace and quiet at night.

Thank you for choosing my home. Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this Jefferson City home, near both the lake and the main strip. This charming 3/2 home with ample parking and a large fenced in yard with picnic table and large barbecue grill, is great for both children and pets. Yes, well behaved house broken pets are welcomed. This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
