The property also offers many opportunities to do so, whether on the spacious lawn, on the veranda or on one of the terraces. You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau.

A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
