Monthly Rentals in Williams Landing

The accomodation met all my needs. It was only a ten minute walk to my relative’s home, it was an easy walk to catch the bus, although a 30’ walk to train station (and you could catch the bus there). Having a myki card to travel in Melbourne is very convenient. It was a shared house, and all the other members were respectful and took extremely good care of the shared space, and were very courteous and helpful. I loved having my own space (downstairs) away from the other occupants, and my own bathroom/toilet. The room met all my needs with regards to comfort and amenities - tv screen, wifi, mini fridge, side tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers, drying rack …. . Communal laundry and outdoor clothes line was also available. There was nothing lacking. It was very safe with security locks to my room and the main entrance, and to the private rooms upstairs. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Mark and Belinda were fantastic hosts, and their property in Laverton was truly amazing. They made me feel so welcome and at home, which really made my business trip a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and their warm hospitality made all the difference. Thanks again, Mark and Belinda!

House was lovely with plenty of space. Host was extremely good to deal with. There was an issue with the heating and the host was onto it immediately after we contacted him. We had a large group and had a wonderful stay.

We had a great, comfortable and safe stay. Jess was amazing and super helpful. She was understanding of our needs and provided a secure cot and highchair for my baby. I really appreciated her swift responses and all of the amenities and complimentary items provided. I have highly recommended this airbnb stay to my family and friends.
