"Sweet Rest" Lodge

The "Doux repos" gite is located in Sains du Nord, south of the north, in the green region of Avesnois, on the border of the Aisne department and 2 steps from the Belgian border. A family home since the 19th century, transformed into a vacation rental in 2022, the building is located in Sains du Nord. The living rooms are spacious and pleasant thanks to the glass wall and glass floor. The garden is around the house, you always see your children, plus a games room is arranged on the ground floor.

Castle tour at Lake Barbençon

Located in Hainaut, about fifteen minutes from the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure, Barbençon is recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. You will have the opportunity to sleep in an old watchtower (from the 17th century) completely renovated and equipped. You will be soothed by the lake (circuit of about 1 km) as well as the tranquility that reigns there. You will also discover the current medieval castle, its old entrance gate and its old stables.

The Haunted House

Nestled in the heart of Avesnois, the Demeure Envoutée is a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by woodland, forests and ponds. With a capacity of 7 people, the gîte is perfectly suited to families with children. Close to restaurants, shops, places to visit, (castle, glass ecomuseum, ...) as well as a green path allowing you to take nice bike rides. The surrounding areas are also conducive to hiking for walking lovers. Enjoy your stay!
