The house is 20 minutes from Manhattan with the LIRR (and 10 minutes by bus from the LIRR) and is situated between Chinese and Jewish neighborhoods, a five minute walk from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants, and Flushing Meadows park. The space will be shared with myself and my roommate.

A modern-decorated room that features brand new functional facilities. The house is close to two metro transportations to the center of Manhattan. (The Long Island Railroad and the MTA subway). A few blocks away from Main Street downtown Flushing. A great place for people who love to explore authentic Chinese cuisine. The place is also nearby two airports (LGA and JFK) . We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. Very comfortable bed, good conveniences in the bedroom, very nice bathroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were super clean and pleasant. Our daughter lives nearby and this was a really nice place to stay when visiting. Hotels aren't close by, and they are expensive and not very nice, so this was a really great alternative. Farah was warm and lovely to chat with. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The room was as described and clean. Tito and his mom made us feel at home. He was very responsive and helpful, their dog Minnie was sweet and adorable. About a 10 min walk to the Subway and 5 min to the LIRR as well as good restaurants. Location felt safe and home-y. Overall a lovely experience!

The room was exactly as shown in the photos and sam was extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. The neighbourhood is a little out of the way, but by car you are a short 10 mins from Ridgewood which is very lively. The bathroom on each floor is shared with two other rooms, though the building was very quiet while I was there. It was extremely convenient to have access to a full kitchen to prepare breakfasts each morning as well. Overall, this was a great value.
